General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of and participation in our website offered by Rebate Rumble, Inc., a Nevada Corporation ("Company"). By participating in Rebate Rumble, you agree to be bound by any applicable terms and conditions provided by the Company herein. Please read this section carefully before participating in our online shopping rebate offering.

Our process involves a consumer purchasing merchandise from one of our affiliated companies included on our website, and subsequently predicting the outcome of a sporting event. If the consumer's prediction aligns with the actual outcome of the Event, the consumer will get a rebate in the form of cash for up to the amount paid for the merchandise.

The consumer will only pay for the price of the merchandise and will not incur any other cost for participating.

Eligibility to participate in the online shopping rebate

Participation is open to everyone that has signed up on our online rebate website, except that employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Company are ineligible to participate.

Purchase of merchandise

After the consumer has signed up then he will be able to purchase merchandise at any time from one of our affiliated online shopping companies, as included on our website. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for the rebate is $50.00. The consumer needs to visit our website and go directly from there to our affiliate’s website and make the purchase of merchandise for the purchase to be eligible. If at any time the consumer returns all or part of the merchandise purchased, then both the original purchase and the modified purchase become ineligible for purpose of our offering.

Affiliates

An affiliate is a Company/website included in our website/app from which you can purchase goods or services. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND THAT IN ORDER FOR YOUR PURCHASE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR OUR OFFERING, YOU NEED TO GO TO THE AFFILIATE'S WEBSITE FROM WHERE YOU WILL MAKE YOUR PURCHASE, FROM OUR WEBSITE OR APP.

Each affiliate operates independently from Rebate Rumble and because of that, each affiliate has their own policies and procedures for everything they do.

Although most of our affiliates will report your purchase to us within 24 hours after it was made, some affiliates will take a longer period to report on the purchase. As described in detail in the next paragraph, we will send you an email confirming your purchase and asking you to pick the outcome of a sporting event within 90 minutes after receiving the purchase confirmation from the affiliate.

Rebate Rumble has agreements with our affiliates either directly (one on one) or through an affiliate network. In some cases, the affiliate network reports sales to us using a currency different from the US dollar, depending on the network and/or affiliate. If an amount of a purchase is different from the amount that Rebate Rumble registers, it is due to the exchange rates used in the conversion from the purchase amount to US dollars.

As mentioned above, each affiliate has their own policies and procedures. Examples of some of them are:

Some affiliates will offer you a subscription to purchase. Each affiliate, at its sole discretion, will determine if only the first purchase or the full subscription will be subject to paying a commission to us. The only eligible purchases for our program are those for which we earn a commission from the affiliate.
A small number of our affiliates will pay us a commission only on the first purchase by a client from them. Although the number of affiliates that practice this is very small, after the first purchase made from the specific affiliate, no subsequent purchases will be eligible for our offering.
Each affiliate has its own policies and procedures regarding the use of cookies and the handling of the customer's information they handle.
In general, you can use the discount and promotions that you will be offered by an affiliate but in some cases, the usage of a discount coupon or promotion will cause the affiliate not to pay commissions to us, which will make your purchase non-eligible for our rebate offering.

Picking the outcome of a sporting event

Promptly after our affiliated company notifies us of a qualifying purchase, we will send an email to the consumer asking for him to login and pick the outcome of a specific sporting event, to be chosen among a series of sporting events specifically offered in our website to the consumer for that specific purchase. Typically, the consumer will be offered twelve sporting events to pick one from. Three of those events will offer a 10% rebate, three events will offer a 25% rebate, three events will offer a 50% rebate, and three events will offer a 100% rebate, based on the purchase price of the items purchased (only the price paid, excluding taxes, shipping, custom costs and any other charges included in the order).

If the consumer has not picked the outcome of a sporting event, 10 days after the date the first email was sent, we will send to the consumer a second similar email. If the consumer has not picked out the outcome of a sporting event, 20 days after the date the first email was sent, he will receive a third email reminding him to do it. If the consumer has not picked the outcome of a sporting event for a specific purchase 30 days after the date the first email was sent, then the consumer will forfeit any rights he might have for that specific purchase, including the chance to get a rebate. Only one pick of the outcome of a sporting event per purchase of merchandise is allowed.

Conclusion of the sporting event

Once the event concludes:

a) If the consumer prediction matches the outcome of the sporting event.
The consumer will receive an email from our online shopping rebate website, informing him that he is entitled to a rebate for up to 100% of the amount equal to the purchase price he paid for the merchandise, net of any discounts. The amount of the rebate will exclude any taxes, shipping and freight charges, custom duties, etc. and any other charges paid by the consumer when the merchandise was purchased. The proceeds from the rebate will be deposited in the consumer's account and will be immediately available to be withdrawn if the consumer so wishes.

The rebate level will be either 10%, or 25%, or 75%, or 100%, based on the purchase price paid for the items, according to the sporting event previously selected by the consumer.
b) If the consumer prediction does not match the outcome of the sporting event.
The company will send an email to the consumer informing him of his ineligibility to receive the online shopping rebate for the specific purchase, and there will not be any further responsibility from our website or the Company with the consumer.
c) If the sporting event is rescheduled, cancelled, suspended before it finishes, or anything occurs that prevents knowing the outcome of a specific sporting event that has been offered in our website and picked by a consumer, then we will send an email to the consumer informing him, and he will have the opportunity to repeat the process and get a chance for an online shopping rebate, starting with picking the outcome of a sporting event (see paragraph 4 above).

Other

a) The payment made from the Company to the consumer is considered a rebate. In almost all jurisdictions, a rebate is legally considered a discount (part of the price paid for merchandise) and therefore it is not taxable. Please consult with your CPA or lawyer to confirm that this is the case for you, specifically.
b) The consumer’s only expenditure is what he pays to our affiliate company for the merchandise and the charges associated with the purchase (taxes, shipping & handling, freight, costumes duties, etc.).
c) At no time the consumer is placing a bet on a sporting event. By picking up the outcome of a specific sporting event (as described), the consumer might be entitled to the rebate (as described), as offered by our Company.
d) By participating, consumers agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the consumer’s participation.
e) Governing Law. All activity related to our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Nevada, the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
f) If any provision herein is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
g) Services Offered In Operator’s Discretion. Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services we provide without notice. The Website is updated regularly, and may change at any time. You acknowledge and agree that the specific form and/or nature of the Website or Services may change from time to time without prior notice and we may cease providing the Services (or any specific features within the Services) to you or to users generally at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Website, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. We will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period but this shall not, of itself, preclude us from returning to you any money that is properly due to you. We may terminate your Account, delete any content or information that you have posted on the Website, and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Website or Service (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Service) for any reason, at any time in our sole discretion.
h) Single Account Access. You are permitted to open only one (1) Account. Only one account is allowed per household. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure and we reserve the right to seize any funds gained as a result of holding multiple accounts. Furthermore you shall not permit another person to access the Website or Software via your account.
i) Rebate Rumble reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, close a customer account and/or deny access to a person to the website, for any reason and at any time.
j) “Bots" Prohibited. All actions on the Website must be executed by players via the supplied user interface. We will take any measures necessary to ensure that all robot software or programs designed to simulate real player play will be detected and prevented from accessing the Website. Any accounts associated with such activity will be subject to review and possible termination. If, in our Page 2 of 3 reasonable discretion, we determine that an Account is employing such software, the Account will be disabled and all Account balances (including both deposits and any winnings) shall be forfeited.
k) Dispute resolution. If you have any complaints or concerns arising from your use of the Website, including any concerns about material which appears on the Website, please in the first instance customerservice@rebaterumble.com, where a dedicated member of our team of Customer Service Representatives will handle your complaint.
l) At Rebate Rumble, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We want to assure you that we will never sell, rent, or share your personal details with any third parties for marketing or business purposes without your consent. Any information you provide is strictly used for processing your orders, improving your shopping experience, and fulfilling our services to you. We value your trust and ensure that your information is kept secure and confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details on how we safeguard your data.
