What is the purpose of this website?

This online rebate website combines online shopping with the opportunity for consumers to predict the outcome of a sporting event. If the consumer's prediction is correct, they will receive a reimbursement (aka online shopping rebate) of up to the price they paid for the merchandise.

How does the process of online shopping rebate work?

• a) Merchandise Purchase: Consumers first browse and select an affiliated company from our online shopping rebate website, click on the icon, and go to that company's website, where they purchase merchandise. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for the rebate is $50.00.
• b) Sporting Event Prediction: After completing the purchase and when the affiliated company confirms the purchase to us, AT ZERO ADDITIONAL COST FOR THE CONSUMER, the consumer will receive an email prompting to log onto our website and make a prediction regarding a specified upcoming sporting event to be chosen by the consumer among several sporting events offered.
  
  Typically, the consumer will be offered twelve sporting events to pick one from. Three of those events will offer a 10% rebate, three events will offer a 25% rebate, three events will offer a 50% rebate, and three events will offer a 100% rebate, based on the purchase price of the items purchased (only the price paid, excluding taxes, shipping, custom costs and any other charges included in the order).
• c) Outcome Verification: Once the sporting event concludes, the outcome will be verified by an independent and reliable source.
• d) Reimbursement: If the consumer's prediction matches the actual outcome of the sporting event, they will receive an email informing them regarding the money coming back to them, prompting them to login and withdraw the rebate proceeds from his account using the payment method he chooses, if so desired.

What types of merchandise are available for purchase?

The available merchandise may vary and can include but is not limited to apparel, accessories, memorabilia, electronics, groceries, software, administrative services, and many other items.

Can I participate without making a merchandise purchase?

No, participation in the prediction aspect of the website is contingent on making a merchandise purchase.

How do I get the rebate?

The rebate or reimbursement will be made using the method selected by the consumer for the specific purchase, among the reimbursement methods offered by us.

Will my purchase be eligible if I go to an affiliate website outside of the Rebate Rumble website or app?

No. You have to visit our website/app and from there go to the affiliate's website where you will make your purchase from.

Do all affiliated companies operate under the same policies and procedures?

Each affiliate operates independently from Rebate Rumble and because of that, each affiliate has their own policies and procedures for everything they do.

How long will it take after I make a purchase, for me to get the Confirmation Email asking me to predict the outcome of a sports event?

Although most of our affiliates will report your purchase to us within 24 hours after it was made, some affiliates will take a longer period to report on the purchase. We will send you an email confirming your purchase and asking you to pick the outcome of a sporting event within 90 minutes after receiving the purchase confirmation from the affiliate.

Why is the amount of my purchase slightly different than the value of the purchase shown in Rebate Rumble?

Rebate Rumble has agreements with our affiliates either directly (one on one) or through an affiliate network. In some cases, the affiliate network reports sales to us using a currency different from the US dollar, depending on the network and/or affiliate. If an amount of a purchase is different from the amount that Rebate Rumble registers, it is due to the exchange rates used in the conversion from the purchase amount to US dollars.

Are there any other considerations regarding affiliated companies?

Some affiliates will offer you a subscription to purchase. Each affiliate, at its sole discretion, will determine if only the first purchase or the full subscription will be subject to paying a commission to us. The only eligible purchases for our program are those for which we earn a commission from the affiliate.

A small number of our affiliates will pay us a commission only on the first purchase by a client from them. Although the number of affiliates that practice this is very small, after the first purchase made from the specific affiliate, no subsequent purchases will be eligible for our offering.

Each affiliate has its own policies and procedures regarding the use of cookies and the handling of the customer's information they handle and Rebate Rumble has its own cookie and privacy policies.

Can I change my prediction?

Once a prediction is submitted, it cannot be altered.

Can I return the merchandise purchase after making a prediction?

Consumers can return their merchandise purchase in accordance with the specific terms offered by each of our affiliated companies. However, if there is a partial return of merchandise or cancellation of the order, then any transactions related to that specific purchase become ineligible for purposes of what we offer.

Can I make multiple predictions for a single purchase?

No, each consumer is allowed one prediction per merchandise purchase.

Is there a limit to the number of purchases and predictions I can make?

No. You can purchase as many times as you’d like and make sports predictions as many times as the number of purchases you made.

What happens if there are technical issues with the website?

The website will make every reasonable effort to ensure its functionality. However, the website is not liable for any technical issues that may prevent a consumer from participating or affect the outcome verification process.

What if the sporting event is canceled or rescheduled?

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the specified sporting event, the website will make a reasonable effort to provide an alternative event for prediction. If this is not possible, the website will determine an appropriate course of action.

Can I transfer my prediction or reimbursement to another individual?

No, predictions and reimbursements are non-transferable and can only be utilized by the consumer who made the original purchase.

Is there an age restriction for participating in your online shopping rebate?

This is not a betting website. In no instance, the consumer is betting on the outcome of the sporting event. Because of this, we place no restrictions regarding the age of the consumers.

In some regions, additional age restrictions may apply.

How long do I have to make a prediction after making a purchase?

We will send consumers an email asking them to make a prediction for the corresponding purchase. The consumer will have 30 days after they day that the email is issued, to make a prediction.

Can I participate if I am located outside of the United States?

The availability of participation may vary depending on the consumer's location. Please refer to the website's terms and conditions for specific eligibility criteria.
