2. How RebateRumble™ Works
2.1 Service Description: RebateRumble™ offers a platform where users can earn cashback rebates by making qualifying purchases through affiliate links to partner retailers and correctly picking the outcomes of sporting events. Rebates are funded by commissions paid to RebateRumble™ by retailers for directing traffic to their websites or stores and other activities related to our business model.
2.2 Qualifying Purchases: To be eligible for a rebate, you must:
- Make a purchase of at least $50 (merchandise bought purchase price, net of discounts, shipping and
taxes expenses, and any other type of expense charged) through from any of our affiliated stores,
going to those stores from our website / app, by clicking the Image or button specific for the store
you want to purchase items from.
Any merchandise purchased through an affiliate that is subsequently returned, exchanged, or modified in any way that alters the original terms of the purchase will be deemed ineligible for a rebate. This includes but is not limited to full or partial returns, cancellations, or changes to the purchase amount or conditions. To qualify for a rebate, the original purchase transaction must remain intact as completed at the time of purchase. - Comply with any additional purchase conditions specified by RebateRumble™ or the partner retailer.
- Ensure the purchase is tracked and verified by RebateRumble’s affiliate tracking system.
- See Section 2.7 regarding your responsibility for tracking on your device and RebateRumble's disclaimer of liability for tracking malfunctions.
2.3 Sports Picks: To earn a rebate, you must select to build a RebateCombo™ (parlay style) in which you would have to pick the outcome of one or more sporting events correctly, in order to obtain a rebate of the level and amount as calculated by our system and shown to you. Rebate eligibility depends on the accuracy of your pick(s) and compliance with these Terms.
RebateRumble™ determines the results of sporting events, including those that are cancelled, postponed, or deemed no-contest, in accordance with the generally accepted terms, criteria, and policies applied by the largest and best-known online sports books. These industry-standard guidelines ensure consistent and fair resolution of all event outcomes for the purpose of our offering.
2.4 No Gambling or Wagering: Participation in picking sporting event outcomes on our website does not constitute gambling or wagering. Customers are not required to place any monetary bets or stake in order to make picks or be eligible for rebates.
2.5 Rebate Payouts: Approved rebates are deposited into your and you can withdraw them by requesting a deposit through Venmo, PayPal, or Visa Digital cards, or other methods specified by RebateRumble™. Payouts are subject to verification of purchase and pick accuracy. RebateRumble™ reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts if fraud, abuse, or non-compliance is suspected.
For each rebate, the rebate amount will be available for the customer to cash out, after a period of 60 days from the date that the pick of a sports event or RebateCombo™ that originated the specific rebate, are declared winners. This period of time is necessary to allow our affiliated stores to report exchanges and/or returns of merchandise and adjust the rebate amounts accordingly. Rebate Rumble reserves the right to void any rebate that was originated in a purchase for which the customer makes exchanges or returns of items originally purchased.
2.6 Non-Guaranteed Rebates: RebateRumble™ does not guarantee rebates. Rebates are contingent on retailer commission payments, correct sports picks, non returns or exchanges by customers of items purchased, and compliance with these Terms. Technical issues, retailer policies, or other factors may affect rebate eligibility.
2.7 Affiliate Link Tracking; User Responsibility
2.7.1 Tracking Requirement. Eligibility for any rebate depends on RebateRumble’s affiliate tracking system successfully recording that you accessed a partner retailer through a RebateRumble affiliate link or button on the Site or Services and completed a qualifying purchase. If a purchase is not tracked and verified by that system, the purchase will not qualify for a rebate, even if you otherwise made the purchase from a partner retailer.

RebateRumble does not warrant that tracking will work on every device, configuration, or network.
